About our Corporate Structure
Set up for success
Our company is organized for success. We are intentionally laterally constructed, which means that instead of high paid executives at the top, much of the earned training revenue is shared with our Associates. And, we can prove that. First and foremost, we are successful because we treat our trainers like gold. Our pay is the best in the industry; in many cases our trainers earn much more than corporate trainers. Once you have completed watching entire webinar on this site and have sent us your resume you will be asked to join us for a phone chat/interview. After successfully completing the interview you will be given a link to watch a very detailed webinar on our compensation package.
We have satellite offices in 10 states: CA, CO, ID, MI, OH, SC, TX, WA, WV, WI. These offices are operated by our Executives and National Directors. Our correspondence and financial receiving points are in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We print, store, package, and ship all of our products from Michigan and Ohio.
The heart beat of our company and where all business pieces are put together, is Coeur d’Alene, Idaho ~ the city by the lake.

Research ranks classroom management as the most important variable to building and sustaining school success. The training you will provide to schools offers the most powerful classroom management strategies available anywhere.
Did you know that every school day 7,000 teenagers become high school dropouts?
You can help reduce this number! Following the staff development training we have had reports of significant decreases in suspension rates and a significant increase in the number of students passing exit exams for graduation.
Schools (elementary, middle and high school levels) that have had the training you will provide have reported significant improvement in student scores across the curriculum and significant decreases in the discipline challenges building-wide.
Our techniques and strategies are researched based and proven to restore lost time on teachers and students in a way that is simple, fair, and mutually respectful.
IT IS REALISTIC to expect that every classroom in your school or district can and should be high achieving. We have found time and again that the impeding factor to this is classroom management.
Consider this : An analysis of three comprehensive studies of 20 government and commissioned reports, 44 handbook chapters, 11 journal articles, and 86 chapters from annual research reviews produced a list of 288 variables affecting student achievement.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT was rated as the MOST IMPORTANT variable to building and sustaining a high achieving classroom.
Teachers need (and deserve) world-class classroom management training. Help them by working with us! We make it happen.
